If you believe we hold inaccurate information about you, please exercise your Right to Correct as described in Section 13.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal that sends a header requesting that websites refrain from tracking your activity. Currently, there is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals.

Our website currently does not alter its data collection or usage practices in response to DNT browser signals, because no industry standard for DNT compliance has been established. We continue to monitor regulatory developments in this area and will update our practices if a binding standard is established.

If you wish to limit tracking, we recommend managing your cookie preferences through our consent banner, using your browser’s privacy settings, or using browser extensions designed to block tracking technologies.

California law (CalOPPA) requires us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals. As stated above, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this section if our practices change.

International Data Transfers

Squad Inventive operates in both the United States and Nigeria. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States and Nigeria.

The data protection laws of these countries may differ from those in your home jurisdiction. When we transfer personal information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure your data receives a level of protection consistent with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EU/EEA to third countries.
  • Data processing agreements with our service providers that include appropriate data protection obligations.
  • Ensuring that cloud infrastructure providers maintain data centers in jurisdictions with adequate protection standards.
  • Relying on adequacy decisions, where applicable, for transfers to countries recognized as providing adequate data protection.

If you have questions about the safeguards in place for international data transfers, please contact us at privacy@squadinventive.com.

  • Legitimate interests — for analytics, fraud prevention, and improving our Services, balanced against your rights.
